hihi,

my name is haziqah. i'm a psych kid at NUS and a mental health advocate based in Singapore.

i started this page to raise awareness about mental health (and psychology) and to fight against the mental health stigma. That still remains the foundation of my work. Along this advocacy journey, I've realized that mental health is a systemic issue and I've observed some systemic gaps for mental health. I hope to move beyond awareness and address the gaps in the system for mental health. you might say, how can one girl make such a big thing? well, i believe i can do it because i believe in the power of my lived experiences to raise my voice and amplify voices on the ground for mental health.
